Rocambolesc Girona ice cream parlor design stems from the idea of creating a new establishment that celebrates and experiments with the delicious desserts from the prestigious Celler de Can Roca.
From its inception, Rocambolesc has embraced the determination to be different and unique. Its journey has been marked by nostalgia for old ice cream parlors, where the authenticity of the products was the hallmark. We enter an imaginary world, evoking the magic of “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” or the captivating stories of Dr. Franz from Copenhagen.
The facade is not simply an architectural structure; rather, it constitutes a charming nod embracing the notion of a fairy tale. Simultaneously, it pays homage to the traditional aesthetics of the carpentry that characterizes old-fashioned ice cream parlors. From the choice of materials to the layout of the space, it reflects the unique essence and inspiration behind this project, creating an environment that immerses visitors in a universe full of delights and fantasy.
The conception of the design not only focuses on visual aesthetics but also on creating a comprehensive experience. From the entrance, every architectural and decorative element intertwines to weave a visual narrative that invites customers to immerse themselves in a sweet journey.
