Ephemeral restaurant Shiro renovation, the new gastronomic venture of chef Paco Perez. It is an ephemeral restaurant to enjoy summer nights in a privileged setting, the Hotel de Perelada, and with a variety of dishes that transport you to Asia.
Light cages welcome the ensemble, directing diners to the main terrace to enjoy the stunning views of the castle. To ensure a unique experience, we have covered part of the terrace with sections of reed roof pergolas, thus creating an extension of the existing building.
The tables, strategically arranged, and the targeted lighting recreate intimate atmospheres thanks to the surrounding vegetation. In addition, the ensemble has been equipped with decorative elements such as natural fiber rugs, lanterns, candles, and warm lights, etc., which evoke the magic and mystery of the Asian world.
The bar area seems like the perfect place to end a perfect evening. To achieve this, in the renovation of the ephemeral restaurant Shiro, a black latticework cladding has been created, which is repeated as a cover, some panels of sober colors, a liquor cabinet with light and mirror that complete the cocktail area. The ensemble with a perimeter of plants and low lighting colonizes and humanizes the square between the castle and the new event halls of imposing contemporary architecture.
