Woki Organic Market design, a project commissioned by the business group Tribu Woki, represents a return to roots with a focus on offering the best seasonal and locally sourced products. This innovative concept integrates a Woki Organic Market with a gourmet tapas restaurant in a spacious 350 m2 venue, located in the Marimon passage, next to the Diagonal and Francesc Macià square, in the upper area of Barcelona.

The basement floor houses the gourmet tapas restaurant, where diners can enjoy dishes prepared by chef Xavier Pellicer with high-quality local and organic products. The design of this space focuses on highlighting the idea of “eating in the chef’s kitchen,” using traditional kitchen materials such as stone, clay, and iron.

The double-height interior space is conceived as an indoor garden that connects the upper dining spaces with the kitchen of the Céleri restaurant. This intervention aims to create a harmonious and natural experience that reflects the philosophy of Tribu Woki regarding healthy and sustainable eating. In the design of Woki Organic Market, we merge traditional elements with modernity, resulting in unique and welcoming experiences for customers.
