Rocambolesc Girona confectionery design for the Roca brothers is a masterful exercise in creating a space that reflects the essence and evolution of the brand over the years. From the facade to the interior, every detail has been carefully designed to convey a unique and memorable experience for customers.
The visual continuity between the new confectionery and the adjoining Rocambolesc ice cream parlor is achieved by repeating curved shapes and colors in the facade carpentry, as well as installing new awnings. This strategy helps customers relate both stores as they walk down the street, maintaining visual coherence while allowing each one to have its own character.
Inside the new confectionery, a versatile environment has been created that can adapt to a variety of products in terms of size, shape, and color. The aesthetic reflects this diversity, with a range of vibrant colors and irreverent shapes that showcase the creativity and innovation of Rocambolesc products. Despite the limited space, an efficient layout has been achieved through the intelligent use of vaulted ceilings and the strategic arrangement of products on the front wall.
The choice of a color palette that spans reds, pinks, and light colors, complemented by greens and yellows, adds brightness and vitality to the space. The configuration of shelves with basic geometric shapes and the versatility of built-in furniture allow for an attractive and functional presentation of products.
Attention to detail extends to the overall atmosphere of the space, where the color range envelops ceilings, walls, and floors. The inclusion of hydraulic tiles designed by the studio in the form of a carpet adds a touch of elegance and personality to the environment.
