Panino Giusto restaurant renovation in San Babila, Milan, originated with the idea of following the premises of the first project in Largo Carrobbio, while adapting to the new demands of the client and the new space.
Although more subtly than in the previous project, there is still a nod to the Italian Milanese design of the 1950s/1970s. To achieve this, the use of Panino Giusto’s historical colors – red, green, and white/beige – has been combined. This mixture contributes to creating an atmosphere where customers, upon entering, can perceive and feel the unique essence of Panino Giusto, similar to the experience at Largo Carrobbio.
Furthermore, in the renovation of the Panino Giusto San Babila restaurant, three key elements were taken into account, influencing the final result: the possibility of having a covered terrace in the city center, the maximum reuse of what already existed in the premises, and the choice of highly resistant materials to cope with the high traffic of the venue. These elements add value to the new Panino Giusto, providing not only an attractive and welcoming design but also functionality tailored to the specific needs of the location and the client.
