Al Tun Tún restaurant design has been commissioned by entrepreneur Valentín Sánchez (Valen & Cía), located in a building from the 1930s in the center of Valencia.

The Al Tun Tún restaurant is located on the corner of Plaza América and Calle Sorní. Its large windows and carriage-green carpentry catch the eye from the outside. These, along with the exterior awnings of the same color, highlight the openings of the facade, evoking the aesthetic of the establishments in the European capitals of the last century.

The starting point for the design of the Al Tun Tún restaurant is inspired by the French bistros of the 19th century, popular establishments that offered a wide variety of dishes made with fresh and healthy ingredients. Although in this project, the aesthetics have been revisited from a more contemporary and relaxed perspective. The reinterpretation of classic elements of the French bistro, combined with a more modern aesthetic, seeks to create a cozy and current atmosphere that reflects the essence of Al Tun Tún.
