Ena Sevilla restaurant design, the new gastronomic proposal by renowned chef Carles Abellán, celebrates the fusion of Catalan and Andalusian culinary traditions. Strategically located in the prestigious Hotel Alfonso XIII, the restaurant’s name, “Ena,” pays a heartfelt tribute to the monarch’s wife.

The establishment’s design is divided into two distinct parts: the interior and the terrace. Each section has been approached uniquely, but a common thread has been maintained to connect both experiences. The choice of color palette, particularly the distinctive “blu notte,” a tone present in many Sevillian ceramics and in the hotel’s architecture, helps create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the indoor bar.

The main challenge in the Ena Sevilla restaurant design was integrating protected historical elements that coexist with a nocturnal atmosphere. To achieve this, we made use of a carefully curated selection of colors and materials. Thus, the “blu notte” becomes a unifying element that offers a conducive environment to enjoy both traditional tapas and cocktails, whether it’s day or night.

Ena aims not only to delight with its unique culinary offerings but also to bring the restaurant closer to the city and its inhabitants, paying homage to the rich local tradition of enjoying tapas. This project represents an exceptional gastronomic experience in an emblematic setting.
