Turris Illa Diagonal bakery interior design presents an approach focused on reflecting the values and essence of the brand. With this, the client’s intention is to convey that their philosophy is based on the use of quality ingredients and care in the bread-making process.
From the outset, the decision was made to conceive a bakery with a sales point rather than a store with a bakery. For this purpose, an industrial aesthetic inspired by old bakeries has been adopted, thus emphasizing tradition and respect for the baker’s craft.
To ensure that bread takes center stage, the design is based on the choice of noble materials. Additionally, the simple shapes present in the design aim to highlight the quality of the product and attention to detail in bread-making.
The bread display system also stands out, using wicker baskets in which the baker cools the bread after it comes out of the oven. These baskets are hung on a system of rails and profiles, adding an authentic and functional touch to the space.
Finally, the counters, made of iron and wood, are inspired by the carts used in the bakery. This design not only provides an attractive presentation but also evokes the feeling of a traditional workspace. Furthermore, the rustic oak table with trestle legs for displaying pastries reinforces the idea of authenticity, giving the impression that the baker sets up the stand every morning in an improvised manner.
Overall, the design of the new Turris bakery seeks to convey dedication to quality and tradition, creating an environment that highlights the importance of artisanal bread in a functional and aesthetically pleasing setting.
