L’Obrador Barcelona bakery design on Manuel de Falla Street, the main focus was on establishing a fluid and direct visual connection between the bakery, the store, and ultimately the street. The intention was to provide customers with an immersive experience that allowed them to closely follow each stage of the breadmaking process, from the careful selection of ingredients to the various phases of creation, thus reclaiming the authentic and artisanal essence that had been fading over time.

The bread display area stands as a crucial element in this narrative, acting as a visual meeting point between internal production and the availability of products for sale. This display backdrop, composed of a variety of wicker baskets arranged in a rotating fashion on a clever iron framework, becomes the epicenter of the space and the essential link connecting artisanal breadmaking with its presence in the sales area.

With the design of the L’Obrador bakery in Barcelona, transparency and continuity of the process have been highlighted. This is aimed at ensuring that customers not only purchase products but also appreciate and understand the dedication and artisanal effort that characterizes the creation of each piece of bread. This approach seeks not only to satisfy the palate but also to provide an enriching experience that involves and educates visitors about the quality and care invested in every baked product.
