Corella butcher shop design, the priority is given to the recovery of artisanal and traditional craftsmanship, focusing on promoting quality and transparency in meat preparation processes.
The store, with original and varied architecture located in the center of Sant Cugat, undergoes a visual transformation by being painted in an off-white color. This change aims to unify the space, reduce the prominence of architectural elements, and highlight the product being offered.
Transparency becomes a key element in the design of the Corella butcher shop, by visually connecting the workshop with the sales area and the street. To achieve this, carpentry painted in a striking red color is implemented, acting as a visual attraction and allowing customers to observe the preparation process at all times.
The counters, irregularly arranged and in white tones, are combined with reclaimed wood blocks, which serve as supports for cutting the meat. To add dynamism to the space, industrial-style fluorescent lamps suspended over these elements are incorporated.
A tasting bar, built with sturdy wood and accompanied by stools in various leathers, invites customers to enjoy Corella Butcher’s products while they wait for their orders, thus contributing to creating a more complete and attractive experience.
