The project is the refurbishment of a typical flat of the Barcelona Eixample quarter. The change of the use, make us to clear up the plant.

The aim of this project was to leave constancy of this intervention. We left to the sight the architectural elements and we kept the plaster works and the ceramic works in the floor.
